Accelerated Instructional Media, Inc. was founded (2006) in response to the rising workforce training and development competency skill gaps to meet increasing business demands within the Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) Departments.
With high expertise in design, training, and curriculum development, AIM quickly became the virtual vendor of choice for outsourcing agencies supporting diverse industries’ global workforce training and development interim project needs.

She is a dynamic, compassionate woman entrepreneur who founded Accelerated Instructional Media Inc. (AIM) consulting in 2006. AIM is a Learning and Development Training Solution Provider whose strategic advisory services strengthen employee engagement and performance proficiency for long-term organizational sustainability.
Abigail’s unwavering dedication to inspiring others and helping them attain their maximum potential has made her a highly respected industry leader. Her creativity and determination are a testament to her commitment to positively impacting individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.
Before devoting full-time to consulting, Abigail served as Art Director, Department Chair of Visual Communications, Training Manager, Sr. Instructional Systems Designer, Training Facilitator, and ghostwriter for a Learning Development Executive. To expand her training and business competencies, she earned a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Development from Lehigh University and Program and Project Management certificates from Villanova University.
Outside the office, you will find Abigail wearing garden gloves and boots, maintaining her small plot of land, home to many ecosystems and animals.
